During the suspension of training on the ice, we provide the players of the selection of dragons / toddlers (and hockey schools) with a program of exercises to maintain physical fitness.
Training course:
- Before each training session, approx. 10 minutes of warm-up (light running, gymnastic exercises,…)
- Each day, players choose 3 different stickhandling exercises. Each exercise is performed for 1 minute and all 3 exercises are done in three series. A minute break during each series
(60 seconds exercise - 60 seconds exercise - 60 seconds exercise - 60 seconds rest - 60 seconds exercise - 60 seconds exercise…).
Attention: In stickhandling exercises, the emphasis is also on the fact that the gaze is always directed forward.

- Also, players choose 5 different strength exercises every day. Selected exercises are done in series. It is necessary to do 3 repetitions of series.

- Additionally, players include jumping exercises twice a week. These exercises are performed in two series.
